There’s just something about a cozy latte that instantly makes the day feel better — and this Biscoff Crumble Latte might be my new favorite homemade coffee drink.
If you love warm spices, creamy coffee, and a little something sweet on top, this latte checks every box. It’s rich without being overly sweet, indulgent without feeling complicated, and honestly feels like something you’d order at a coffee shop… but made right at home.
Why You’ll Love This Latte
It’s quick and easy to make
The Biscoff adds a warm, spiced sweetness that pairs perfectly with coffee
The crumble topping gives it a dessert-like texture
Perfect for slow mornings, afternoon pick-me-ups, or a cozy treat
What Is a Biscoff Crumble Latte?
This latte starts with freshly brewed coffee or espresso, combined with creamy milk and smooth Biscoff spread. The magic is in the topping — a simple Biscoff cookie crumble that adds texture and extra flavor with every sip.
It’s comforting, slightly indulgent, and tastes like fall in a mug… even if it’s not fall yet.
Ingredients
Freshly brewed coffee or espresso
Milk of choice (whole, oat, almond, etc.)
Biscoff cookie butter spread
Whipped cream (optional, but recommended)
Crushed Biscoff cookies for topping
Directions
Brew hot espresso directly over 1 tablespoon of Biscoff cookie butter in your mug, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
In a separate bowl, add ¼ cup heavy whipping cream and 1 teaspoon Biscoff cookie butter. Whisk until slightly thickened and creamy.
Add steamed milk to the espresso mixture to your liking. (If making it iced, skip steaming and use cold milk instead.)
Top the latte with the Biscoff whipped cream.
Finish by crumbling Biscoff cookies over the top for garnish.
Optional Short Notes (if you want to add under directions)
Adjust the amount of milk based on how strong or creamy you like your latte.
Serve hot or iced — both are delicious.
