Soft, moist banana bread made with rich brown butter, filled with chocolate chips, and topped with a crunchy Biscoff streusel.
This banana bread takes a classic recipe and elevates it with deeper flavor and texture. Browning the butter adds a warm, nutty richness that pairs perfectly with the sweetness of ripe bananas and chocolate chips. The Biscoff streusel on top brings a spiced crunch that melts slightly into the loaf as it bakes, creating the perfect contrast to the soft interior.
This is the kind of recipe that feels bakery-quality but is simple enough to make at home.
