Steak Bites

  • 2 NY strip steaks (or preferred cut), cubed

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil

  • Salt, pepper, and steak seasoning to taste

Cowboy Butter

  • 1/2 cup (113 g) butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon juice

  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: fresh parsley

Twice Baked Potatoes

  • 4 russet potatoes

  • 3 tablespoons (42 g) butter

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) milk

  • 1/2 cup (120 g) sour cream

  • 1 cup (113 g) shredded cheddar cheese

  • 3 tablespoons chives

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Marinate the Steak

In a bowl, combine steak with Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, and steak seasoning.Set aside while preparing the potatoes.

2. Bake the Potatoes

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).Rub potatoes with oil and salt and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for about 1 hour, or until fork tender. Let cool slightly.

3. Make the Filling

Slice potatoes in half and scoop out the insides into a bowl.

Add butter, milk, sour cream, cheddar cheese, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.Mix until smooth and creamy.

4. Bake Again

Spoon the filling back into the potato skins.Top with additional cheddar cheese.
