2 NY strip steaks (or preferred cut), cubed
1/2 cup (120 ml) Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
Salt, pepper, and steak seasoning to taste
Cowboy Butter
1/2 cup (113 g) butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Twice Baked Potatoes
4 russet potatoes
3 tablespoons (42 g) butter
1/2 cup (120 ml) milk
1/2 cup (120 g) sour cream
1 cup (113 g) shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons chives
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Marinate the Steak
In a bowl, combine steak with Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, and steak seasoning.Set aside while preparing the potatoes.
2. Bake the Potatoes
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).Rub potatoes with oil and salt and place on a baking sheet.
