Crispy Cheese Chicken Tacos

This meal is so simple, but the people will be impressed! The chicken is full of flavor, but you dont nessicarly have to use chicken. I will leave a list other options at the bottom.

Crunchy and melted cheese, how do you get the best of both worlds? I'll tell you. Let's go.

INGREDIENTS:

-Chicken tenderlions

-paprika

-minced garlic

-italian seasoning

-onion powder

-adobo

-pinch of salt and pepper

-flour or corn torillas

-two packs of mixed shredded cheese

-chopped cilantro

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Start by heating a skillet on medium heat. Mix all your seasonings, garlic and chicken together in a bowl and let sit while pan is heating.

  2. Sear chicken until cooked about 6 minutes on each side. Chop and then set aside.

  3. Clean pan or use another one. Turn pan to medium high heat. Take hand full of cheese and place directly on the skillet. Let cheese melt a little bit then place tortilla on top. Add chopped chicken, cilantro and a little bit more cheese.

  4. Carefully check the bottom to make sure cheese is crisping up. Turn and flip when cheese is a nice golden brown color. Repeat!

It's super simple and the flavor is incredible. I also made with seared sirloin, but you can add shrimp as well and it would be delicious!
