Ingredients

Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced horizontally

  • Salt, garlic powder, paprika

Dredge

  • 1/2 cup flour (60 g)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2–3/4 cup Italian panko

Hot Honey

  • 1/3 cup honey (80 ml)

  • 3/4 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 3/4 tsp apple cider vinegar

Alfredo Sauce

  • 2 tbsp butter (30 g)

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 2 oz cream cheese (55 g)

  • 2 cups heavy cream (480 ml)

  • 1/2 cup pasta water (120 ml)

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan (50 g)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken

Pat chicken dry and season with salt, garlic powder, and paprika.

Set up a dredging station with three bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.

Coat each piece of chicken in flour, then egg, then panko. Let rest for 5 minutes to help the coating stick.

2. Fry the Chicken

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken for about 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. Make the Hot Honey

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine honey, red pepper flakes, and apple cider vinegar. Microwave for about 15 seconds, then stir to combine.

4. Make the Alfredo Sauce

In a clean pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika. Slowly pour in the heavy cream while stirring. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.

Add pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce, then continue simmering for another 2–3 minutes.

Turn off the heat and stir in cream cheese until smooth, then add parmesan cheese. Mix until fully combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Assemble

Cook your pasta of choice and toss it in the Alfredo sauce until fully coated.

Brush or drizzle the hot honey over the crispy chicken, then serve on top of the Alfredo pasta.

Tips & Notes

  • Letting the chicken rest before frying helps the coating stick better

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili flakes

  • Use freshly grated parmesan for the smoothest sauce

  • Don’t boil the Alfredo—keep it at a gentle simmer

  • Add pasta water gradually to control thickness

Serving Suggestions

Serve with fettuccine, linguine, or your favorite pasta. Pair with a simple side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
