Ingredients
Steak & Filling
1 lb (454 g) top sirloin, sliced or cubed
1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon adobo seasoning
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 red onion, sliced
1/2 red, yellow, and orange bell peppers, sliced
4 medium flour tortillas
1 cup (113 g) shredded Mexican blend cheese
Chipotle Lime Sauce
1/3 cup (80 g) mayonnaise
1/3 cup (80 g) sour cream
1–2 tablespoons chipotles in adobo sauce
3–4 tablespoons fresh cilantro
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon salt
Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
1. Season the Steak
In a bowl, toss the steak with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, adobo seasoning, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
2. Cook the Steak
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.Add the steak and cook for about 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. Cook the Vegetables
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.Add sliced onions and peppers and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Cook for about 5 minutes, or until softened and slightly caramelized. Remove and set aside.
4. Make the Chipotle Lime Sauce
In a blender or food processor, combine mayo, sour cream, chipotles in adobo, cilantro, garlic, salt, and lime juice.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust spice level to taste.
5. Assemble the Wraps
Lay out tortillas and add:
